“I hadn’t gotten to ride for the last couple weeks with work stuff and house stuff, but this morning I did some “chair flying” and mental practice before I went to Frick, and for the first time in a long time I felt smooth and dynamic on the bike. I’ve been in a big funk with riding, and feeling like I’m overthinking every decision and being really hesitant, but this morning was the first time in a while I felt good on the bike….I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all of your help. “
