Weather Cancellation Guidelines
Grindstone MTB may cancel camp due to adverse weather concerns such as extreme heat, cold, rain, or wind. In the event that Grindstone MTB cancels your camp, you will receive a full credit towards a future camp in the same calendar year. Grindstone MTB will provide as much advance notice as possible but will not be responsible for any travel, lodging, or other expenses related to attending camp. We have cancellation protection available for our camps, please consider something similar for your travel and lodging plans.
Cancellation Policy for Full-Day Camps
In an effort to preserve the integrity of your experience Grindstone MTB does not overbook camps to anticipate cancellations. All Grindstone MTB full-day camps also include pre-camp coaching which must be completed within two weeks prior to camp as a mandatory prerequisite to attending camp. For these reasons Grindstone MTB requires email (info@grindstonemtb.com) notification 30 days or more prior to your camp date in order to reschedule or be eligible for a credit. Credits issued are valid for camps in the same calendar year. No Refunds will be given. Within 30 days of camp no credits or rescheduling are available. Please consider purchasing the optional purchase protection that is available at checkout if you have additional concerns.
Cancellation Policy for Half Day Camps
Grindstone MTB requires email (info@grindstonemtb.com) notification 14 days or more prior to your camp date in order to be eligible for a credit. Credits issued are valid for camps in the same calendar year. No Refunds will be given. Within 14 days of camp, no credits or rescheduling are available. You will not be issued a credit or refund if you do not meet the camp prerequisites and cannot participate in camp.
Cancellation Policy for Private and Remote Coaching
Grindstone MTB requires email (info@grindstonemtb.com) notification 7 days or more prior to your coaching session date in order to be eligible for a credit. Credits issued are valid for coaching in the same calendar year. No Refunds will be given. Within 7 days of camp, no credits or rescheduling are available.
